Our Team

 After graduating from  Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Maria Tran joined the DA's Office. Thereafter, she relocated to Florida where she worked for several decades at  several law firms, then in-house as General Counsel for a financial company, and later as Senior Managing Counsel at a $3 billion publicly traded global technology company.   


Our founder,  Maria Tran,  brings extensive expertise in dispute resolution, legal strategy , and mediation. She is also a strong proponent of pre-suit mediation, advocating for early resolution to prevent costly and prolonged litigation. While in-house, she had almost 100% success rate in resolving matters for the Company.


She now brings her experience in conflict resolution, insurance disputes, employment matters, business , and regulatory compliance to her mediation practice resolving cases in a practical, fair, and cost effective manner

Hourly Rate

Minimum of 2 hours required

Additional Time

$450

The hourly rate will apply to any mediation that exceeds the scheduled time and will be billed in 15-minute increments.

Half Day Mediation

Full Day Mediation

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling less than 48 hours before the scheduled mediation/settlement conference will result in the full fee being charged.

Maria, is a Florida Certified Supreme Court Civil Circuit Mediator. We handle all types of claims including, First Party Property Damage, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Employment, Consumer Rights, Product Defects, and Privacy related matters. She is also a member of the Southern California Mediation Association.

Maria does provide pro bono services at her sole discretion. Please contact us and let us know your situation. 

With over 28 years of legal experience, Maria Tran began her career as a prosecutor in Philadelphia, handling a variety of misdemeanor and felony cases. She then transitioned to multiple law firms in Miami and Broward County, where she honed her litigation skills, include leading and growing the first party practice for one of the firms.


Maria later led the legal department of a 600-employee company with locations in several states, including California, managing regulatory compliance, corporate governance, HR matters, and contracts. Under her leadership, the company successfully met all IBEDA benchmarks and completed a successful acquisition.


Her passion for technology led her to one of the largest technology company in South Florida, where she successfully led the dispute resolution department, handling all legal disputes for the company. Eventually as the company grew globally, she headed the company's product compliance legal team, working on a variety of project including, AI.


After many years of legal practice, Maria brings her knowledge and expertise to help you and your clients resolve cases efficiently and fairly.
